Peggy holds a master’s degree in Health Education and Promotion from the American University of Beirut and a MBA in Health Management from Saint Joseph University, a joint program with Paris Dauphine & Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne Universities. Peggy has an extensive experience in social marketing, health promotion, crisis communication, media relations and capacity building, and acted as a focal point at the Ministry of Health for networking with the civic societies, corporate sector and media/advertising sectors through consultative meetings, capacity building and development of collateral material. Peggy has acted as a consultant on social marketing, health promotion and event management for several organizations among which are the World Health Organization, UNICEF, Italian Cooperation, the World Bank, UNDP and UNFPA. She has developed a variety of social marketing campaigns including development of brand concepts for social causes, production of publications and promotional educational material, actively involving the private sector in supporting prevention efforts of the ministries and NGOs.
