«How to Get Started and Keep Going’: A Guide to Community Media Centres» Guide (2006)

This UNESCO guide targeted staff and managers, community groups, NGOs working for community empowerment, communication planners supporting development activities, trainers and project partners.

Research was carried out to produce Chapter 9 of this guide: ‘Sourcing Information and content online’. This chapter focused on what CMCs’ should prioritise in terms of information needs, then how to tap into various sources of information to respond to community demands.
