This framework paper was aimed at policymakers who are involved in the development or management of programs in the health sector in developing countries. It provided a ‘snapshot’ of the type of information and communication technology (ICT) interventions being used in the health sector and the policy debates around ICTs and health.
C4D Support researched ICTs in the health sector in the developing world. This six-month project used a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods; producing an online bibliography with accompanying resources, including literature review and summary of online discussion.
